Villa Leopoldo - Lanzarote Holiday Villa
This elegantly furnished house is located in a very quiet residential area adjacent to the golf course. It is surrounded by its own garden and if you want peace and quiet and tranquility this is the house for you. The house is on one level and there are no steps. It has been designed for both outdoor and indoor living, so that you can eat outdoors or indoors with the same comfort.
Villa Leopoldo
The front door leads into a spacious central living area adjacent to the dining area and the five bedrooms which surround this area. Because of the Canarian skylights and the large patio doors that lead out to the garden the whole room is suffused with light.
The bedrooms
On one side of the living area there is a bedroom with a king size double bed and its own bathroom and bath and two twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom and shower. On the opposite side is another double bedded room with its own bathroom and shower and the fifth bedroom which has a single bed and its own bathroom and bath. All have windows looking onto the garden.
The kitchen
The light modern kitchen is featured with all comfort and conveniently situated for serving food inside and outside .

Villa Leopoldo has 4 modern bathrooms with bath or shower.
The garden
Patio doors from both the living area and the kitchen lead to the pool and the outdoor dining area.
